History
A little retrospective of our short history.
2016 | Hatch
Our very first beer, Rumoerige Roodborst, came out in 2016. It was rated as one of the best Amber Ales in the world on reviewsite Ratebeer.com. A fantastic start. In the following months, we released our first four beers.
2017 | Fly High
We continued our growth in 2017. During the Dutch Beer Challenge we won several awards, including Netherlands best IPA and Saison. We were the best Dutch newcomer in the beer market. On an international level, we won 10 awards that year with our beers during World Beer Awards, International Beer Challenge and Brussels Beer Challenge.
2018 | Bigger nest
During the largest beer election in the Netherlands, in 2018 we were one of the two most successful microbreweries. In the meantime our beers are already sold at about 1,000 establishments and specialty beer shops. In 2018 we also traveled throughout the country for the Bird Collab Tour and brew 12 collabs with befriended breweries.
2019 | Green nests
We are true enthusiasts of birds and nature, since our start we are concerned with sustainability. So in 2019 we donate 1.2 million litres of drinking water ourselves and we will plant 10,000 trees. We collabarate with hospitality businesses and specialty beer shops, together with them we are able to achieve these good figures. We are enourmously proud of this.
